Return Policy

Items sold on are wholesale/dropshipping items and are considered final. Only the damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent items are eligible for the return. Return is unacceptable for a simple change of mind. Items must be in their original condition in the original packaging to received refund. In any case, the returned shipping fee and payment fee charged by third parties are non-refundable for all refused and unaccepted packages.

Please note that there will be slight differences in the colors of pictures versus the original due to the lighting and different screen features. The material of items shall be subject to the description and real pictures in the description.



FondMart accepts order cancellation before items are shipped or produced. You are able to submit a cancellation request from the order list. FondMart will agree or refuse your request according to the state of your order. If the order is canceled, you will get a full refund to FondMart Balance within 3 business days.

Anyway, FondMart will refuse your request if the items are already shipped out.



FondMart will ensure every piece of item is well packed and dispatched. We suggest you make sure all items are in good condition(not damaged)when you receive your packages.

You are able to submit a refund/resend request from the order list within 3 days from your receiving date if you do have a return case.  You are required to submit pictures of the item, closed shot and full shot, when submitting the return request for damaged,defective or incorrectly sent items. FondMart will take 1-2 business days to review and take the next action. We may require you to ship the item back before approving the refund/resend. After receiving your package returned, we will process the refund/resend within 3 business days.

FondMart support full refund or resend if your package hasn't been delivered successfully 45 days  (60 days for Brazil only) later since its shipping out according to the tracking information.
