FondMart New Return Policy

Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Return & refund
At FondMart, we make sure every piece of clothing is well packed and dispatched, and every change is timely communicated to avoid any inconvenience to our clients. We suggest you make sure all items are well-received and are not damaged/faulty when you receive your packages.
You can request FondMart balance or refund for one of the reasons listed below(Bodysuits, swimwear and lingeries are non-returnable ), please review our policy below:
Please make sure you notify us within 3 days of receiving the order by applying for a return on fondmart.com. Here is a tutorial of how you can conduct self-service: How do I apply for a refund or resend my orders?

We will reply to your request within 24 hours during weekdays. After receiving your package returned, we will process the refund in 3 days. Depending on the payment methods, refunds can take 1-3 days to clear.

Please be noted that for unwanted items, refund will be returned to FondMart Balance only. You could withdraw the deposit from your FondMart Balance account but the payment fee charged by third parties won’t be refunded.
Conditions when FondMart will afford the total return cost for you:

Wrong style/color received

Incomplete ratio received

Damaged/faulty items received

In case you've received an order under the conditions above, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. If the originally ordered product variant is available in stock, we will dispatch you the correct ones once your returned package is received.
Please note that there will be slight differences in colors of web pictures versus the original due to the lighting and different screen features.
Please email us an image of the original receipt to your personal sales manager to claim the postage charges by either email or messages. You can find their contacts on your FondMart Account page.
Please do not send goods back unless you have had confirmation; otherwise, we will not refund the return postage.
The unwanted
FondMart allows our clients to return unwanted items. Clients will be responsible for outgoing and incoming postage charges.

We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us.

In case you've received an item you don't want, please send out the item through a local post office, as importation tax may occur if the order is shipped by express shipping (DHL,FedEx,UPS,TNT,EMS,DPEX).

No restocking fee to be charged for your returning items.

If you want to return the items other than the reasons specified above, please instantly contact your personal sales manager to claim the postage charges by either email or messages. You can find their contacts on your FondMart Account page. Our customer service department will be happy to assist you. We will initiate your request within 3 days of receiving your parcel.
