What to Do When You Failed to Import FondMart Products to Your Online Store?

  1. Your store access token is ineffective

     

 Go to the "My Store" page and click “Authorization” to reconnect your Shopify store to the FondMart APP.

 

 

 



 

  1. "Store Location" is inactivated

     

How to set order fulfilment locations on Shopify? 

 


 

You can set the location you're fulfilling from on the Location page.

 

When you make orders via FondMart or any other online sales channel, they are allocated to a fulfilment location depending on the priority list and available inventory. If any site can complete the full request, then the top priority location's inventory is used. If no location is able to complete the full order, the highest-priority location oversells the goods. When you sell more of a product than you have in stock for that product at that location, you've oversold it. 

 

 

Assume you have two places, with Location A being the most important and Location B being the second most important. Location A has one shirt, whereas Location B has two. If you get a two-shirt order, it is fulfilled by Location B. If you get a three-shirt order, Location A will oversell the shirt and end up with a -2 inventory. 

 

 

How to set order fulfillment locations on Woocommerce?

 

When you are setting up your woocommerce store, you will be guided to provide details about your store: where it is based, what industry, which products, etc.. If you have skipped this step, go to “Store management” and tap “Edit store details” to get it updated. 

 

 

 

  1. Change your API permission from Read to Read/Write

     

Go to “Woocommerce settings”, tap “Advanced”, then click “Rest API”, you will find the option as shown below. 

 

 


 

  1. Inventory items do not have inventory tracking enabled

     

 

If you see this message when you failed to import FondMart products to your store, you need to set up inventory tracking for the product. 

 

It happens when your product sells out for the first time and is restocked again.
