How do I apply for a refund or resending my orders?
Step 1: Go to your account and find your order lists. Click “View Detail”.
Step 2: Scroll down the page, and you will find “refund” and ”resend” buttons.
PS.we can refund you ，but you have to ask refund from your side ，Because applying for a refund is the customer's authority, we can only apply through.
