I successfully installed FondMart on Shopify App store, but was unable to import products. What should I do?
Please ensure you have followed the steps as shown below:
Step 1: tap “Apps” on Shopify admin page, then click “shop for apps”
Step 2: type in “fondmart” or “FondMart”, click search and you will see the APP.
Step 3: click install app, you will be redirected to fondmart.com.
Step 4: register your account or just log in if you already have one, installation is then finished and you are ready to go and enjoy the auto-sync and auto-importation services on FondMart!
Product importation tutorial:
Step 1: From FondMart.com, find the Item You Want > Click Add to Import List
Go to My Account > Import List
On the top – Choose the store in the box
Tips: if you have multiple stores, you need to choose your store before importing any products.
On top of the screen page, find Manage Store, tick the box to choose (same as above):
Tips: to import products in bulk, using tick box Select All + Add to Import List
Step 2: Go to “Import list”, click “Import to store” to finish importation of FondMart products to your shop.
Reauthorization steps if your importation fails. （PS. The setting of our system is that we can only import no more than 100 products including sub-products at one time. You must import less than 100 products including sub-products and then import them to your store.）
If your issue still exists, please send your personal sales manager your email address and store name. FondMart technical staff will get it resolved within 24 hours for you.
